Large Tucson-based A-B distributor Golden Eagle Distributors, a 9 million case operation which also sold non-A-B and non-alc brands outside of their A-B territory, has announced a sale to Phoenix-based Hensley Beverage for an estimated $200 billion dollars. (Actually the purchase price was not revealed).
