FTC and Total Wine Have Finalized a Settlement

Dear Client:  The Federal Trade Commission and Total Wine & More “have finalized the settlement reached in principle on December 9, 2023” and “entered into a Settlement Agreement,” according to a new filing Monday in the antitrust adjacent case out of the Eastern District of Virginia.  The terms of the settlement were not filed publicly in the court docket and the FTC has not announced the settlement or issued a press release. Additionally, the parties have requested a “Show Cause”
