As we've reported, the economy has taken a toll on imports. Crown's fiscal fourth quarter (December through February) was particularly tough. Crown's revenues were down 6%, but operating income was up 13% to $93 million. For the fiscal year (Feb 08 through Feb 09), Crown revenues were flat and operating income was slightly down. The decrease in sales was due to "continuing challenges in the on-premise and convenience channels," stated Constellation's Q4 report.
