Yuengling’s Plans for a Mixed-Use Redevelopment in Tampa are a Go

Dear Client: Around the start of the summer, news began to trickle out that Yuengling was looking to build a hotel, restaurant, tasting room, and much more in Tampa, its home away from home.  The Pennsylvania-based brewer, which also brews in Tampa atop a 43-acre plot it purchased two decades ago, filed rezoning plans back in May with The Big Guava that would give way to a mixed-use redevelopment on the property and leave the existing brewery (Yuengling’s largest) intact.
