TTB Gluten Ruling Won’t Trip National Omission Rollout

Dear Client: Seemingly in response to the imminent rollout of Widmer's celiac-safe Omission line, the TTB issued gluten-free labeling guidelines clarifications in late May. Parent company Craft Brew Alliance's marketing communications manager Brady Walen tells CBD that Omission, made with barley but brought under internationally recognized safe standards for celiacs via a proprietary process, will continue the national launch as planned. Most markets across the country will start seeing Omission Pale Ale and Omission Lager on the shelves starting Monday.
