Trump Promotes “Health Benefits” of Cannabis, Sending Tilray, Cannabis Stocks Surging

Dear Client:  Over the weekend, President Donald Trump released a narrated video on his TruthSocial account promoting the health benefits of cannabis and “hemp-derived CBD,” suggesting he’s leaning toward reclassifying marijuana at a time when some members of Congress are advocating for an outright ban.
