Dear Client: Your editor attended the ribbon cutting of Alchemy & Science's new Coney Island Brewery in Brooklyn's namesake icon on Surf Ave. They're a few weeks away from a public opening, we understand. But the scene at the site is lively as ever, and certainly they're banking on the area's continued growth and draw.
