Dear Client: Since it opened back in 2007, Half Acre Beer Company has made a name for itself in Chicago and broadened its horizons to the east and west coasts. And now they're making a name for a different kind of "craft" with Half Acre Build Company.  About a decade after Gabriel Magliaro helped found Half Acre Beer, he helped create Half Acre Build Co. Craft Business Daily recently sat down with Gabriel to learn more about their creative workshop.
