Dear Client:Craft chiefs Steve Hindy and Gary Fish of Brooklyn and Deschutes took the stage with a couple of craft distillers at today's Beverage Forum 2013 program for a session on artisanal brews and spirits. Moderator and Beverage World editor-in-chief Jeff Cioletti summarized the trends: 2,347 craft brewers in operation, up 25% from year prior. That's more breweries in the U.S. since decades before Prohibition. Don't forget the 1,250 in planning, up nearly 50%. There's lots of growth from new
