Texas Brewer Calls Out Distributors on Tied House Hyperbole

Dear Client:Chip McElroy, owner of Texas' Live Oak Brewing Company, has written a letter asking legislators to vote "no" on HB 3287.Recall, the Texas bill seeks to clarify that all locations of a license holder (or affiliate) should tally toward the 225,000 barrel ceiling for brewers' eligibility to sell on-site at a taproom (up to 5,000 barrels).
