Dear Client:Switchback Brewing, a popular craft brewery located in Burlington, Vermont, has been sold to its 30 employees. Co-founder and brewmaster, Bill Cherry, announced the change in ownership at Switchback's annual meeting this morning.The brewer's decision to go the shared ownership route was first reported by a local news affiliate this morning.
