Dear Client:Last May we reported, among much pomp, circumstance, and the finest lox and bagels from Russ & Daughters, that Brooklyn Brewery would move its iconic Williamsburg headquarters to growing manufacturing hub, Brooklyn Navy Yard [see CBD 05-16-2016]. With their current lease expected to expire in 2025, and amid rising rent, Brooklyn was to sign a 40-year lease at the Navy Yard.
