Small Brewers Bill Passed in NY

Dear Client:So says the New York Brewers Association's official announcement. We told you yesterday that New York "Small Brewers Bill" was on the line. Today the NY Brewers Association announced to its Twitter fans and via release that the bill was signed into law last night. Recall that it will allow New York state brewers producing less than 300,000 barrels (and at less than 3% of their distributor's total brand sales) annually to terminate wholesaler contracts for fair market value.
