Ska Sells to Distributor Families, Clears Debt, Eyes Growth

Dear Client:  ​​Longtime Colorado craft, Ska Brewing, quietly changed hands last month, selling to a pair of local and notable families, per The Durango Herald. Indeed, the buyers – the Ariano and West families – both have longstanding ties to beer distribution, most notably Bob Ariano, who is the owner of local Coors wholesaler, A&L Coors. Ska president and co-founder Dave Thibodeau called the families “longtime friends” and “kindred spirits” that, of course, also have a “strong” distribution network.  “They
