Dear Client:  We got a deal going down in Seattle, as Optimism Brewing has shared plans to sell all of its assets (excluding the large building it owns) to Stoup Brewing. The transaction, expected to close in late August, will effectively see Optimism bow out of the brewing business, and Stoup step in its place.
