Room for 150 Craft Breweries in Texas?

Dear Client: Saturday's Texas Craft Brewers Festival offered a snapshot of new breweries in the sprawling Lone Star State. An appropriately titled "Texas Craft Beer Explosion" session featured founders from Austin, Dallas and Houston; draft-only and package; 1 month to 4 years old. If the lineup was truly representative of the state's next generation, there's plenty of upside. Austin Beerworks' co-founder Michael Graham revealed they'll do 5,000 barrels this year in Austin alone; they just started self-distributing kegs and cans
