Oskar Blues Acquires Michigan’s Perrin Brewing Co.

Dear Client: Whoops: Before we sign off for Friday, MLive broke news that local Michigan brewery Perrin Brewing Co. is being acquired by Oskar Blues. This, after news last month from the Denver Post that they were looking to acquire breweries [see CBD 02-13-2015]. Financial terms were not disclosed.
