More on new A&S Project, Concrete Beach

Dear Client: Yesterday Boston Beer subsidiary Alchemy and Science announced "Concrete Beach," a project in the Wynwood Arts District of Miami, with plans to open for business in early 2014. It will be housed in an old warehouse building slated for completion by the end of December. The deal includes plans for a meeting hall to serve and sample beers, provide brewery tours, and host cultural arts events. We pinged A&S chief Alan Newman to learn more about the project.
