Canada's Moosehead Breweries Limited has hired an Albany, New York law firm to sue local Adirondack Brewery for using a Moose likeness on its "Moose Wizz" root beer (nonalcoholic), which does about 10,000 cases a year. "It's not just any part of the moose; the brewery claims the rights to use both the word 'moose' and the profile or silhouette of the head of the beast itself," per Post Star story.
