Massachusetts Craft Brewers Testify for Liberalized Termination Rights

Dear Client: In just a little bit, the Massachusetts statehouse will hear testimony for House Bill 267, a carve out for small brewers to the state's franchise laws. The bill will be discussed by the Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure committee at a 1 p.m. hearing today, as we reported yesterday.
