Local Roots Kombucha Buys Latitude 33 Facility in California

Dear Client: Well at least we know the kombucha companies will fill old craft capacity. At least, in California. Last week, Local Roots, a San Diego-based kombucha brand, announced it would acquire the facilities of Vista, California's Latitude 33 Brewing Company, including the 16,000-square-foot brewery and even some of its brewers.
