Latest Scans: Craft Slides Into Summer; G-Force Top Gainer on the Year

Dear Client: It wasn’t an ideal start to summer for beer in scans, and craft is no exception. Overall beer dollars dropped 1.4% and volume fell 2.9% in the latest four weeks of Circana MULC scans to June 14 -- a notable deceleration from the category’s YTD trends for dollars (flat) and volume (-1.5%).  The same slide goes for craft, but deeper -- with dollars down 4.6% and volume down 6.2% in the latest four weeks, a couple steps behind
