Dear Client: Craft's first report card from IRI in 2019 ain't too shabby. Total craft dollars and volume are up 5% and 4%, respectively, for the latest four weeks to January 27 in IRI's multi-outlet and convenience channel. The segment's trends are about a point slower when you parse out food alone, with dollars up 4% and volume up 3.2%. But craft is cruising in convenience, growing dollars by 7.2% and volume by 6.6% over the frame. We must note
