Is This the Year Texas Finally Legalizes Beer To-Go Sales?

Dear Client: When it comes to to-go sales from production breweries, the Lone Star State is the lone state that bans them. Texas brewers have fought like hell to change that, trying the legislative route numerous times and even suing the state, in an attempt to join the 49 other states that allow consumers to purchase beer to-go from a brewery, but so far, no dice. It's a new year, however, and the state's brewers are taking another crack at
