Irwin Simon Says BrewDog’s “Future is Bright” as Tilray Purchases Parts of the Brewer for £33 Million

Dear Client: After a short tease (read on), Tilray is announcing this morning that the company has completed the acquisition of "certain highly strategic assets of BrewDog’s global platform, including the global brand and related intellectual property, the UK brewing operations and eleven strategic brewpubs in the United Kingdom and Ireland, for a total consideration of £33 million," which amounts to a bit over $44 million USD.  They are "separately negotiating to acquire certain BrewDog assets in the United States
