Dear Client:U.S. hop acreage grew again in 2017, tacking on a little under 2,500 acres during the year, representing a 4.77% increase over 2016, per the latest annual report from Hop Growers of America, a Yakima-based trade association "focused on grower support."It's the sixth year in a row that we've seen more U.S. land dedicated to hops, but it's the smallest annual growth rate we've seen over the past six years.
