Dear Client:  An omnibus bill currently making its way through the state legislature in Illinois would increase the amount of beer that brewpubs could self-distribute, among several other proposed changes benefiting small brewers.  Both Senate Bill 2216 and House Bill 3423 propose significantly increasing the amount of beer Class 3 brewers can self-distribute from 6,200 gallons (200 barrels) to 77,500 gallons (2,500 barrels) per facility for up to three facilities or 232,500 gallons of beer.
