Hand Family Companies Hits California, Acquiring Stone Distributing Co. and Classic Beverage

Dear Client: Big news out of the West Coast this morning: Stone Distributing Co. and Classic Beverage are joining the Hand Family Companies portfolio in Southern California, as the wholesalers will go to newly formed Hand family subsidiary, Sunset Distributing.  The deal is slated to close in about 60 days. Arlington Capital Advisors advised SDC in the transaction and financing for the deal will be provided by Wells Fargo and Overland Advantage, per announcement.  Indeed, it’s all about scale. Sunset
