Fred Matt Helms New BA Board

Dear Client: The Brewers Association has announced its 2026 board of directors, adding two new members to the 16-person board, as directors convened in D.C. this week alongside the trade org's annual Hill Climb. We'll start at the top first, as Fred Matt, president of Saranac Brewery/Matt Brewing Co., has begun his first term as board chair after serving on the board since 2020. He succeeds Leah Cheston of D.C.'s own Right Proper Brewing, who now moves into the role
