Flying Dog Wins First Amendment Fight; Sycamore/Stone Suddenly Settle

Dear Client:   A pair of cases for attorney Marc Randazza and the two craft breweries he has been representing – Flying Dog and Sycamore Brewing – came to a close in North Carolina Federal Courts this past Friday.  The conclusions of those cases?  Flying Dog emerged victorious in its First Amendment dispute with the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Commission, as the U.S. District Court determined that it is unconstitutional to allow the state to deny a beer label approval
