Florida SB1714 Passes Senate

Dear Client: After much campaigning from the craft brewers -- including an MSNBC spot with Cigar City founder Joey Redner called "GOP attempt to regulate your micro-beer" -- the latest version of SB1714 has just passed the Florida Senate 30-10 with a couple of amendments to Sen. Kelli Stargel's days-old recent strike-all. Of course SB1714 would have to be passed by the House before going to the Governor for possible signature, with only a few days left in the session.
