Dear Client: DoorDash recently commissioned a report through analytics firm Technomic on the state of third-party delivery through both the operator and consumer lens. The report sources from a survey of 200 limited-service and 200 full-service restaurants that offer third-party delivery as well as a nationally-representative survey of 500 consumers who order third-party delivery, both conducted between late January and early February of this year (as sister publication Wine & Spirits Daily just reported).
