Dear Client:Oral arguments for the dispute between Southern Glazer's and Great Lakes Brewing Co. were held earlier this week at the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. We're no legal eagles, but it appears Southern Glazer's took an "L" here (that's "loss").BACKGROUND.
