Crown Crowding Out New Craft Partners for 2016?

Dear Client:Yesterday on the BA forum, an Oregonian brewer posted that his representative from Crown packaging company said they'd need to order all the cans the brewer would need for 2016 by the end of this year."They just got a huge new customer (not named) that will eliminate any capacity to serve smaller accounts like us!" said brewer.
