Dear Client: We've done a lot of reporting about off premise scandata trends. Recently, in preparation for some industry updates we've given at conferences, Nielsen CGA provided us with some data re: craft on premise trends (rolling 52 weeks through May 19; this stuff not updated as much as the off prem stuff).Ever wonder what share each style segment has of the overall on premise craft pie? You might have thought that IPA has the biggest share of craft styles
