Could Spritz Fuel Cider’s Mo?

Dear Client: Cider has certainly rebounded from it's not-so-far-in-the-past slump. We just reported in BBD that December's Beer Purchaser's Index, which measures distributor beer orders, saw a 53 index for cider. Anything above a 50 represents volume expansion; what's more, cider's BPI index was about half that reading in December 2017. But much of cider's recent momentum has come from rosé flavored extensions (see Angry Orchard). Last year, it seemed like everybody and their uncle were revamping cider to attract
