Constellation Fully Acquires Austin Cocktails RTDs

Dear Client:  Well, gone are the days of any craft beer talk on Constellation calls. But the company is jumping more into the RTD space. To wit: The company announced this morning that it has acquired the remaining interest in female-founded, ready-to-drink company Austin Cocktails. No financial details were disclosed.  You may recall, Constellation initially purchased a minority stake in the company in 2018 as part of its Focus on Female Founders initiative, as sister publication Wine & Spirits Daily
