Dear Client:Constellation announced just this morning their acquisition of small, 7-year old, Florida-based brewer, Funky Buddha. Constellation and Funky Buddha's team will reportedly continue to work together, with Ryan and KC Sentz running the day-to-day operations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
