Catching Up with Craft ‘Ohana

Dear Client:  The brass of what is now the 28th largest craft brewer in the U.S., Craft ‘Ohana, joined Beernet Radio last week for a candid conversation on the integration of Modern Times, its start to 2023, hard seltzer’s staying power and more. Recall, it was around this time last year that Maui Brewing emerged as a bidder for Modern Times Beer. And although it wasn’t a short or direct path for Maui to acquire Modern Times, the Hawaii-based brewery
