Catawba Brewing to Sell to “Boutique Private-Equity Firm”

Dear Client:   Large North Carolina-based craft company, Catawba Valley Brewing Co., is set to sell to Wiregrass Equity Partners, a “boutique private-equity firm” out of Montgomery, Alabama, reports the Charlotte Business Journal.
