CANarchy Launching Collaboratory Brand in Asheville Digs

Dear Client:Today, craft brewer collective CANarchy announced a new restaurant and brewpub concept in Asheville that will focus on collaboration beers from their seven brewer partners, and beyond.It's dubbed the CANarchy Collaboratory, which is also the brand name of its forthcoming brews. The concept is set to debut in March.CANarchy is leasing space in the former Lexington Avenue Brewery, and its owner -- now their landlord -- Mike Healy.So they're not "buying" Lexington Avenue Brewery, CANarchy president Matt Fraser clarifies.
