Brooklyn Brewery Moving HQ to 1 Wythe Ave in 2024

Dear Client: Today, OG craft brewer Brooklyn Brewery is announcing a pivotal move: The company will remain in its iconic Williamsburg, Brooklyn neighborhood, but relocate four blocks away from its current North 11th Street location, into the new Greenpoint-Williamsburg Industrial Business Zone at 1 Wythe Avenue, where it will be the anchor tenant.  Brooklyn hopes to open doors at the new location in summer of 2024. Developers will break ground at 1 Wythe “later this year.” "The ongoing commercial development
