Brew Hub Scores Schlafly Vet and First CFO

Dear Client: Brew Hub has landed Schlafly's veteran head of Brewing, Jim "Otto" Ottolini, as their new chief of brewing operations for their Chesterfield facility. Otto will begin his new role January 15, and will be "responsible for the design and construction" of the Chesterfield facility, which is scheduled to break ground in May. Recall, the new $20 million facility will have an initial brewing capacity of 75,000 barrels and the potential to expand its capacity to 200,000 barrels annually.
