BBC Investigation Reveals BrewDog “Flouted US Laws Over Beer Imports”; Labels Surrendered to TTB

Dear Client: The BBC has dropped a teaser of the “truth” to come in its big new investigative documentary set to air next week, dubbed “The Truth About BrewDog.” And what has been revealed thus far is looking pretty damning for the Scottish brewer. Turns out the company was reportedly so eager to bring beer into the States back in 2016-2017 that they skirted U.S. federal laws to make it happen, per recent investigation conducted by the BBC.
