Ban on Intoxicating Hemp Now in Immediate Effect in CA

Dear Client:  Governor Gavin Newsom’s emergency hemp regulations got the nod of approval from the California’s Office of Administrative Law yesterday, making intoxicating hemp products illegal in the State, effective immediately.
