Ballast Point to Open Chicago Tasting Room with R&D Facility

Dear Client:Ballast Point has just announced it will open a tasting room and kitchen in Chicago's Fulton Market District early next year, its first in the Midwest. Of course, Chicago is the seat of parent company Constellation Brands Beer Division. The 12,000-square foot project will also feature a three-barrel research and development brewery/restaurant/rooftop bar with exclusive offerings, but it will also serve staples like Sculpin IPA.
