Ballast Point Picks Brewery No. 3

Dear Client:Recall that Ballast Point had settled on a third San Diego facility with 150,000 barrels capacity for mid-2013. We reported earlier this year that the building fell through, even as a new 150-barrel copper brewhouse waited. The guys went back to the search. Yesterday sales chief Earl Kight announced a location: they inked a deal Friday in San Diego's Little Italy. Ballast will start the buildout and installation of a 5-barrel brew house and tasting bar "ASAP." The space?
