An Interesting Land Request in Michigan

Dear Client:The city of Escanaba, Michigan, will consider a land purchase request from Bell's Larry Bell this Thursday, per local City Council special meeting agenda. Apparently Larry has an offer to purchase two lots in the local Whitetail Industrial Park "for the construction of a brewery and bottling manufacturing plant in the amount of $35,000."
