AMB Hitting CBA’s A-B Distribution Network

Dear Client: Late last year, Craft Brew Alliance announced a vague partnership with Boone, North Carolina-based Appalachian Mountain Brewery. Terms were such that AMB wouldn't become a CBA-owned brand, but that the two publicly traded companies would "explore potential opportunities to drive business growth and shareholder value through sharing resources in key strategic areas including, but not limited to, brewing, purchasing, distribution, and sales," per official release. So of course we wondered: Will it go through CBA's A-B distribution system?
