ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ Growler Push in Florida

Dear Client:Recall that Florida is one of only 3 states where it's illegal to fill a 64-ounce beer container, though people can happily fill 32 oz. and gallon receptacles. That was the subject of ill-fated SB 1344/HB 0715 earlier this year. Now progressive retailer ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is making the legal 32 oz. receptacle more readily available in the state.
